Scott Langness – President

Mr. Langness holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, from Murray State University. He has over eleven (11) years of healthcare staffing experience, and two (2) years of long term care working experience with individuals in residential facilities.

As the President of Guardian Angel, Mr. Langness oversees all contracts, and bid preparations. He ensures that Guardian Angel Personnel maintain compliance with each facilities policy and procedures. Mr. Langness also oversees that pertinent employee credentials are maintained and sent to the appropriate designated facility representative.

Mr. Langness is responsible for ensuring that billing is completed per contract specifications, and he maintains constant contact with each designated facility representative(s) to ensure their staffing needs are being met in a timely manner.

Prior to joining Guardian Angel Staffing Agency, Inc., in 2004, Mr. Langness was a Store Manager for the Kroger Company in Nashville, Tennesseee. Mr. Langness has received many awards throughout his career including, “Leadership Through Diversity.”

 

Linda Langness – Director of Nursing

Ms. Langness has over twenty-eight (28) years of nurse staffing experience, working with behavioral health and intellectual disability facilities, hospitals, and nursing homes. Her experience in the healthcare field is well rounded due to holding the following titles throughout her nursing career: Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Staff Development Coordinator, Registered Nurse, and Licensed Practical Nurse.

Ms. Langness is also a Certified Director of Nursing in Long Term Care, Certified Medicaid Nurse Aide Training Instructor, and a Certified CPR Instructor. Her emphasis in the healthcare industry is working with state operated psychiatric facilities, federally operated healthcare/psychiatric facilities, hospitals, and long term care facilities. She is responsible for the supervision of recruiting and staffing of all Guardian Angel healthcare personnel. Ms. Langness maintains constant contact with each facilities administration, in order to ensure satisfaction with the performance of Guardian Angel Staffing. Through her vast knowledge base, she is able to screen applicants in order to ensure that only the most desirable candidates are utilized at your facility.

Ms. Langness is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

 

Kayla Snider- Human Resources

Kayla Snider works in Guardian Angel’s Human Resources Department.  She is responsible for ensuring that policies and procedures are administered according to standards.  Additionally, Ms. Snider ensures that all employee credentials are up to date, and provided to the appropriate facility representative.  She also assists in the screening of healthcare candidates to ensure that satisfaction is obtained by both the facility, residents, and candidates.

Ms. Snider is a graduated of Jefferson Community Technical College with an Associate in Applied Science.
